Level 1 Beginner French
A continuation of French 101 where you will learn more extensively how to conjugate basic verbs and ask simple questions.
Speak French from day one and build a solid foundation in the French language! Learn to understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases to interact with others at a beginner’s level through authentic resources and real world tasks that will introduce you to the structure and use of language in everyday life.
Through interactive and multimedia activities, texts, and course books you will learn how to introduce someone, ask for and give personal information (name, age, profession, email, phone number), express why you are learning French, inquire about nationality, express interests. At the end of this class, you will be able to participate in basic conversations and carry a small talk in French.
To enroll in this class you must have taken the following La Petite Ecole Française (aka The Little French School) class(es):

To optimize student-teacher interaction in French, we only welcome 12 students.

Tuition per 10 hours of instruction:
– Early bird: $285.00 if registered online or in person at least two weeks before the first day of class.
– Regular price: $295.00 if registered less than two weeks before the first day of class.
Material consists of a textbook that comes with one CD and one DVD and a workbook with one CD; both books will have to be purchased in class after registration is completed. Please note that we don’t have extra copies for students to borrow.
