Beginner French 101

Level 1 Beginner French

The perfect class for people who never took any French or simply forgot most of it.

New to French? Start speaking French from day one with the French 101 class for complete beginners and experience an immersive introduction to all things French!

Learn to understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases to interact with others at a beginner’s level through authentic resources and real world tasks that will introduce you to the structure and use of language in everyday life.

Through interactive and multimedia activities, you will learn how to greet, to introduce yourself and others, how to ask and answer basic questions, how to count, how to give out your phone number or take someone’s number, how to share your likes, dislikes and preferences. Culturally, you will learn some basic body language, some do and don’t to avoid any faux-pas. After completing this Level 101 class, you will continue with the Level 102 Beginner class.

To optimize student-teacher interaction in French, we only welcome 9 students online.

We are teaching all of our classes live online.

Material:

Material cost is not included and consists of a textbook and a workbook; both will have to be purchased after registration is completed. Please note that we don’t have extra copies for students to borrow.
