Level 1 Beginner French

Build a solid grammatical foundation with courses focused on conversational French with active student participation using interactive exercises such as role playing.

Prerequisites:

To enroll in this class you must have taken the following LAPEFR class(es):

• Beginner French 101
• Beginner French 102
• Beginner French 103

*If you have had previous French language instruction elsewhere and would like to take a placement test, please contact us for details.

Class Size:

To optimize student-teacher interaction in French, we only welcome 12 students.

Tuition per 10 hours of instruction:

Material consists of a textbook and a workbook; both will have to be purchased in class after registration is completed. Please note that we don’t have extra copies for students to borrow or buy.

If classes are missed, no make up class will be offered and no credit will be given.
